Alassane Ouattara sworn in for fourth term as president of Ivory Coast

Octogenarian Alassane Ouattara is officially sworn in for his fourth term as president of Ivory Coast. Although he comfortably won the elections, only half of eligible voters turned up and the opposition was suppressed.
