Turnout rate in Hong Kong vote as a key barometer of public sentiment

Hong Kong is electing a new Legislative Council. After Sunday’s election, there will be many new faces in the chamber. But the consequences of a major fire that killed at least 159 people may also be reflected in the election results - specifically in the voter turnout.
