Spain hits back at EU critics over Ceuta - treaties not optional

The Schengen free travel area came under renewed threat after a mass border breach in Spain's north African territory of Ceuta. Moves by Italy, France, Germany and others prompted a pained response from Spanish Prime Minister Sánchez.
