Top German court upholds child sex doll ban, but divided

Germany's top court has upheld a ban on the sale and purchase of childlike sex dolls by a majority of six to two. But a dissenting judge saw it as moral legislation without a sound basis. The law first came into effect in 2021, and there have already been 185 cases.
