Mamdani effect dominates New York Democratic primaries

Mayor Mamdani's endorsements appear to have boosted the fortunes of three leftist candidates in the New York primaries ahead of the November mid-terms. At least one of the three appeared to be riding a wave of anti-Israeli sentiment among Democrats over the Gaza war.
