Boko Haram Islamist militants kill 23 troops in Chad

Boko Haram militants have mounted a renewed attack on the Chadian government by killing 23 soldiers and injuring 26 more on an island in Lake Chad. The country's authoritarian president said he would continue to fight "obscurantism."
