Chad opposition politicians arrested amid plans for rally

Authorities in the Central African country of Chad have arrested opposition politicians planning a march next month, on "public order" grounds. Beset by poverty and host to a million refugees from Sudan, Chad is nevertheless sending troops to keep order in Haiti.
