Constitutionality of South Africa's land expropriation act challenged

Land ownership remains skewed to the white minority in South Africa. To correct this, parliament has passed an Expropriation Act, which is now being challenged in the courts. Land expropriation is also at the centre of conflict with the Trump administration.
