UN inquiry warns of killings and sexual attacks in DR Congo

The eastern DRC remains an unsafe place, between decades of conflict and a recent ebola outbreak. Unlawful killings and sexual violence against civilians have been reported by a UN rights inquiry, although further investigation on the ground is needed.
