Human Rights Watch accuses Tigray authorities of forced recruitment

In Tigray, people are sleeping outside, moving from place to place and fearing the next knock at the door. Human Rights Watch says forced recruitment is spreading across the region, deepening anxieties as tensions rise once again in northern Ethiopia.
