Uganda: charges dismissed in court case under anti-homosexuality law

A case against a man charged under Uganda's severe anti-homosexuality law has been dismissed by court on account of the defendant's mental health. While considered a breakthrough by some, the law itself, which carries the death penalty for certain offences, remains intact
