Ugandan opposition leader Bobi Wine warns of protests if polls rigged

Protests will erupt if President Museveni rigs this week's elections, Ugandan opposition leader Bobi Wine says. Wine adds that he will welcome US intervention in that case. Museveni, who seized power in 1986, is seeking re-election amid regional unrest.
