Uganda's Museveni wins seventh term in election as rival alleges fraud

Once again, an older incumbent has been re-elected in presidential elections in Africa – this time in Uganda. Yoweri Museveni, in office since 1986, will soon begin his seventh term as president of the East African country. The opposition is claiming vote rigging.
