UN slams 'violation of democratic principles' after Guinea Bissau coup

The United Nations, the African Union and various countries have condemned the coup, the latest in a string of coups in West Africa. UN Secretary-General Guterres called a return to constitutional order, as ousted President Embaló went into exile in Senegal.
