World heads talk in Berlin as Sudan's "nightmare" war enters 4th year

International leaders at the highest level are talking about Sudan in Berlin as a war described as the world's worst humanitarian crisis enters its fourth year. The official government in Khartoum has dismissed the conference as "interference."
