Beijing criticizes The New York Times following journalist's expulsion

China has hit out at the New York Times for referring to Taiwan as a state in contravention of its "One China" policy. Beijing expelled a Times journalists, and in a tit-for-tat the US Administration revoked the visa of a journalist working for China's Xinhua state news agency.
