Hong Kong convicts father of wanted activist over handling of funds

The father of a wanted Hong Kong pro-democracy activist was convicted for handling her money stemming from an insurance policy from when she was an infant. It is the first verdict city's homegrown national security law which was branded a "alarming act of collective punishment".
