Hong Kong election ends with low turnout in wake of deadly blaze

Less than a third of Hong Kong citizens came out and voted in an election marred by the deadly blaze of an appartment block that killed at least 159 people, and a revamped electoral system that eliminated opposition and asserted China's control.
