Rights groups accuse China of restricting Tibet flood coverage

Beijing is under criticism for restricting information on the the flash flood that devastated the region on the Nepalese-Chinese border. A London-based academic has further accused the Chinese authorities of withholding key hydrological data that could help prepare for disasters.
