South Korea ex-leader Yoon accused of plotting martial law

South Korean investigators have accused deposed president Yoon Suk Yeol of plotting his declaration of martial law for more than a year before imposing it in December last year. Yoon is already in prison facing a charge of insurrection, which can carry the death penalty.
