Czech Republic's Constitutional Court blocks agreement with Vatican

The Czech Constitutional Court has blocked a concordat with the Vatican after both houses of parliament had approved it. The court found the agreement violated neutrality and discrimination provisions in the constitution and called for church archives to be opened up.
