European nations: Kremlin murdered Navalny with lethal frog toxin

Russian activist Alexei Navalny died from poisoning, five European countries have said. They accused the Kremlin of responsibility. The US did not join the probe but Secretary of State Rubio said Washington was "not disputing" it. Moscow has rejected the claim.
