Italy's Meloni loses knife-edge vote on electoral reform

With a difference of a single vote, Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni suffered a defeat when parliament voted against her plans for electoral reform. It's already the second such setback for the otherwise popular PM in her attempts to completely overhaul the electoral system.
