Kosovo heads to another early election in prolonged political crisis

Four rounds of voting, two candidates – yet no agreement and continued political turmoil: in the small Balkan country Kosovo, a political dispute is blocking the election of a head of state. Now a new parliament must be elected for the third time in 15 months.
