Kosovo arrests over 100 people over alleged ballot manipulation

In Kosovo, around a month after the parliamentary elections, it is still unclear who has won by how much. While a complete recount is still underway, the authorities have now arrested more than 100 election workers on charges of falsifications and bribery.
