Zelensky links Ukrainian elections to security conditions

Ukrainian President Zelensky is under pressure from both Washington and Moscow to call elections, as he has been in power for almost seven years. However, holding a poll while the bombs are falling is impossible. And millions of Ukrainian refugees are distributed across Europe.
