Concern as Russia downplays researcher's death at plague centre

There is concern that Russian authorities are engaged in a coverup after a laboratory researcher died apparently after breaking a test tube containing the pneumonic plague bacterium. She was diagnosed with pneumonia of unknown origin. President Trump is to phone President Putin.
