US threatens to dismantle war crimes court with sweeping sanctions

The Trump administration is threatening to dismantle the International Criminal Court if it does not heed Washington's demands within 6 months. Many countries, including US allies, instantly backed the court. But others, in Africa in particular, have criticized it.
