Far-right candidate Kast wins Chile's presidential election

Conservative José Antonio Kast has won Chile's presidential election on a pledge of cracking down on crime, halting immigration and deporting migrants without status. Other right-wing policies include lower taxes, small government and opposition to same-sex marriage and abortion.
