Trump-backed de la Espriella wins Colombia presidential election

Donald Trump jumped the gun a bit by congratulating Abelardo de la Espriella on his victory in Colombia's presidential election when the right-winger had an insurmountable lead with almost all the votes counted. Later progressive candidate Iván Cepeda conceded.
