Chinese dissident in Canada after years-long escape attempts

After several unsuccessful escape attempts, Chinese activist and government critic Dong Guanping has arrived in Canada, where his family already resides. He vows to press on with his activism, stating his ultimate goal is for China to be a constitutional democracy.
