Federal judge puts Alabama redistricting plans on pause, for now

Will Alabama join the long list of US state redistricting their voting maps at the last minute ahead of the midterm elections in November? Republican lawmakers are trying, but a federal judge stopped them, for now. The case is likely to go to the US Supreme Court.
